Craig Durbin

Craig developed a love for reptiles at an early age and has been keeping reptiles for 50 years. As a youth he kept many species of native California and Arizona reptiles as well as other snakes, lizards and amphibians. In the early 1990’s he began keeping and breeding chameleons and has enjoyed working with chameleon species that are rarely propagated in captivity. In 2010 he began keeping and breeding Calumma parsonii and other Calumma species. Due to his geographic location in Southern California he has been able to house many species outdoors year round for many years. He has also traveled to Madagascar several times to observe chameleons in their natural habitats.
