The Herpetofauna Foundation

Abstract. The Herpetofauna Foundation (HF) was founded in 2008 in Tilburg, The Netherlands by Rogier van Rossem. He had been working with reptiles and amphibians from a very young age. The passion
for these animals was so great that he wanted to do more for the conservation, education, and research of these creatures. Consequently, the HF was founded on these 3 primary principles. At the beginning most of the work was mainly focused on creating a vast network of reliable international conservation partners.
