Rafał Kasperek

My name is Rafał Kasperek and I come from Poland. I can say that I am a young reptile breeder because I was born in 2001. From an early age I was fascinated by all kinds of unusual animals and of course dinosaurs! In 2013 I bought my first snake and I got absorbed into this hobby. I try to focus on less common species as there is still a lot to learn about them. My list of dream snakes is very long, but I try to get more and more reptiles from this list. My passion is mainly based on Colubrids, because they are the most interesting to me. I am currently keeping (and most of them breeding too): Philodryas baroni, Ptyas nigromarginata, Ptyas mucosa, Hemorrhois ravergieri (black-headed), Pituophis catenifer sayi, Pituophis melanoleucus lodingi, Drymarchon melanurus rubidus, Drymarchon couperi. My main goal with snakes is to focus on selection (especially Hemorrhois ravergieri) and try to better understand all the needs of animals in order to be able to breed and keep them in a better and more efficient way.
